money you spend is to go to the new style. the old style that would be "OEM" for your '90 are failing pre-maturely. you should really get later styles, new connectors, new fuel rail, and does that include a new lower plenum? i can never remember which option needs that. there are also adapters which seems to have gotten mixed reviews, however they would allow you to keep the old fuel rails. i know you're trying to save money, but it's going to be 1. save a few hundred now that costs you another $1k in a year or so, or just spend $1k now and know that you can rule out injector failure in any trouble shooting that you do from now on.
